About
Marius joined VUSec as postdoctoral researcher in November 2019. Since April 2023, he works as assistant professor at the University of Birmingham.
Before his time at VUSec, he conducted his PhD studies at EURECOM where he systematically tackled core challenges for dynamic binary firmware analysis and developed avatar2, a multi-target orchestration framework. Additional research interests of him include binary exploitation and software-based defenses.
